The room was a good size, newly decorated, and had a luxurious jacuzzi bathroom, the bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi worked perfectly; the location was great on the outskirts of the city.

gorgeous and above average excellent value for money breakfasts with fruits and toast, as for instance. a lovely quiet area, good and gorgeous location adjacent to the restaurant for the afternoon tea, cambridge and motorway, and easy to get

Lovely kitchenette area and coffee in the room, plus a comfy bed, with fantastic breakfast served in the restaurant.

The breakfast was lovely and with freshly prepared hot food, the staff was smart. The location was incredible because it was not far from the conservatory, cambridge and/or cambridgeshire, and housekeepers in the corridors. Furthermore, in the

The variety of food at breakfast was lovely. The building and rooms were really comfortable, with a comfortable bed.- The setting was incredible, very close to the formal garden and the restaurant.

A great hotel, surrounded by greenery. The furnishings match the old building. The restaurant exceeded my expectations by far.

The style of the furniture fits very well to the ambience, but it is very worn out.

This is a hotel go-to for Cambridge! The units are stunning, cheap with soft furnishings, the FREE Wifi, as example. Offers marvellous location in a pretty nice area. The restaurant is pleasant, serves amazing dishes.  

Spacious rooms with carpeting and a clean bathroom, plus a sweet treat of chocolates.

Very good breakfast.

Location loud on the A14. The rooms are small, as are the beds. NO AC, so poor ventilation. Bad window not visible to open. Relatively loud. There is hardly anything to see from the former mill. Probably accommodation for events (wedding etc.). Staff at breakfast absolute beginners, okay everyone has to start. Poor care by the experienced colleagues.

The breakfast was delicious, you can sit outside on the terrace, the ambience is beautiful.

Air conditioning very loud, only 200 m away from the motorway...you can always hear the traffic. We sweated so much in bed because the blanket was incredible. This may well make sense with single glazed windows, but if you have summery weather, unbearable.

The standard double room we booked had lovely facilities. The location is remote but close enough to rides into Cambridge, a local pub/restaurant, and nice gardens. Our room had a large bed and a lovely view. 

The room was recently renovated, the location was magnificent, and the restaurant was nice for lunch with the option of ordering hot dishes; additionally, Biggin Abbey was conveniently just 4 km away.
